01. FIRST, LET'S TALK
When you send us a project inquiry, we will sit down and take time to review it. Once we have finished reviewing it, we will get back to you. First step of every project starts with getting to know more about not only the project but also each other. We'll talk about the project details like the scope, timeline, budget and goals.
For international clients, this first step is usually done through emails to speed up the process.
02. QUOTE & PROPOSAL
After we figure out exactly what we need to do for the project, Studio Juliette team will sit down and write down an initial quote.
We will send you a project proposal including this quote through e-mail.
03. THE CONTRACT
Once we are happy about the quote & proposal, we sign a contract. Before we begin any work, we ask for 50% of the estimated quote as a non-refundable deposit.
04. PROJECT KICK OFF
This project discovery phase is one of the most important steps for both parties. It involves lots of research and questions such as - Likes & Dislikes Discovery and Market & Competitors Research.
Some of the Objectives from this step:
· Know exactly what we need to design
· Know exactly what we SHOULDN'T design
· Set the Goals and Expected Key Results
05. SET THE DIRECTION
This step is different for every project. For illustration and simple projects, we will send you initial sketches for you to review, before we begin working on the final piece.
For bigger projects that involves packaging and branding work, we prepare 2~3 creative directions in the form of mood boards for you to review. Based on your review, we revise and decide on the direction.
This is where we begin the "real" design work. This step usually takes the most time.
07. REVIEW & REVISE
Studio Juliette present our design work to you. You will review it, and we will revise it. This step varies from project to project, but revision takes place until the design work is approved. (1~3 revisions on average.)
07. REVIEW & REVISE
Once the final design is approved, you send us the other 50% of the agreed project cost and any other extra payment that was added during the process. We ask for the payment to be sent to us BEFORE we can send you any final full-sized data that is usable and printable.
When we receive the payment, we deliver the final data to you via email. After delivery, we store project data only for 30 days.
10. PROJECT DOCUMENTATION
We document the work and share it online! We usually post our work on our site (here) and Behance. This step varies for project to project.
